The Dolcetto di Diano D'Alba is obtained through the process of careful selection of the grapes coming from the estate's vineyards.
It is vinified in such a way as to create a full-bodied product marked by fresh and fruity notes, balancing its body.

DOLCETTO 2008- REFINED IN CASKS

The Dolcetto di Diano D'Alba Superiore heightens all the characterists already found in the Dolcetto di Diano d'Alba; thanks to a 12-months refining process in French oak casks, it gains softness, roundness and boasts vanilla and spicy hints, that make this wine a real top-notch product, mirroring the firm's policy, always aiming at the high quality.

BarberaTOP

The Barbera D'Alba is another show piece our production can boast.
It also comes from a very accurate selection of the estate's grapes.
Refined in French oak casks, it is brightly and vivid-coloured, its aroma recalls the taste of plums and blackberry. A well-bodied and dense wine with a streak of acidity enhancing its fragrancy and freshness.

The first step in the Rosato's production is a brief maceration before the fermentation, which will require a low temperature in order to enhance its qualities, as the frangrance and strong floral and fruity notes
Even though being a young wine, it has such a structure allowing it to keep its freshness as times goes by.
