The farmhouse is located in the Comune of Diano D'Alba, one of the most characteristic and evocative of all the Langhe, famous worldwide not just for their wines, but for their food traditions as well.
The farmhouse was originally one of the many all over the Langhe; it has a very privileged position, on the top of a small hill on which slopes spread all the vineyards owned by the estate.
Besides, it boasts a wonderful southward exposure (known in the Piedmonte's dialect as "sori'") which, along with the slope and the amphitheatre-like shape, allows an excellent grapes' ripening.
Two thirds of the Farmhouse are destined to the Dolcetto growing, and produce a high quality wine, expecially the one obtained from the grapes of the "Vigna Veja", whose grapevines were first planted in 1955 producing a very sugary tasting grapes, delicious to the palate.

The new ownership is investing in order to turn the estate into a more and more monocultural one, replacing the hazel groves with qualitatively superior vineyards aiming at producing a wider range of wines, like the NEBBIOLO and the LANGA ROSSO, soon on the market
